About Us

The Lupo surveying name was originally established in 1969 when Gerard A. Lupo, licensed surveyor merged with Vincent J. Richlan, licensed surveyor of Newark, NJ and formed the company “Richlan & Lupo, Licensed Land Surveyors”, located in Newark NJ. 

The company is currently owned and operated by Steven R. Lupo Professional Land Surveyor and Richard A. Lupo. We have always been family owned and operated with many years of experience.

The areas we service are Essex, Hudson, Bergen, Passaic, Union, Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon, Sussex, Warren, Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex counties. 

 We have an extensive archive of surveying records from past surveyors, as well as ours, from prior years throughout all areas of the state of NJ.
